This Roundtable discussion on 22nd of June (Wednesday) on the Canadian Contribution to the Habitat III Global Summit "New Urban Agenda for the 21st Century” to be held in Quito Equator in October this year. This roundtable is being co-organized by the School of International Development and Global studies at the University of Ottawa and ICCASU (http://chinaeam.uottawa.ca/ICCASU/) to promote an exchange between Government, Universities, Civil Society, Researchers and Practitioners on Canada's involvement in the up-coming Habitat III Summit. It is hoped that the discussion will contribute to developing a direction for Canadian strategic actions in response to the challenges of urbanization and the implementation of the sustainable development goals from a global perspective.
